Math: Area = πr², Circumference = 2πr.

√ (Square Root)

What it does: Returns the square root.
Use it for: Geometry, physics, statistics.
Math: √16 = 4 because 4² = 16.

% (Percent)

What it does: Converts to percent form.
Use it for: Discounts, ratios, probability.
Math: 25% → 0.25.

xʸ (Exponent)

What it does: Raises a number to a power.
Use it for: Growth, decay, compounding interest.
Math: 2³ = 8.

± (Sign Toggle)

What it does: Switches positive/negative.
Use it for: Direction changes, slopes.
Math: x → −x.

( ) Parentheses

What they do: Control order of operations.
Math: (3+2)×4 = 20 vs 3+2×4 = 11.

sin, cos, tan

What they do: Trigonometric functions.
Use them for: Triangles, waves, physics.
Math: sin(30°) = 0.5.

ln (Natural Log)

What it does: Natural logarithm (base e).
Use it for: Growth rates, decay, finance.
Math: log(e) = 1.
